Why I Need Sexy Winter Pajamas
I love my husband. Like a lot. A lot, a lot. He’s the one I miss when he’s away at work. The one I want to laugh with (and sometimes at). The one I want to share midnight snacks with . The one I want to fall asleep on the couch with. The one I want to grow old with.
Especially in the winter, when all I want to do is walk around with a blanket on. In fact, my bathrobe has been dubbed my indoor coat. And while it keeps me sufficiently cozy, it’s not the most attractive thing to look at. You see it.
Now, I’m not going to tell you that you need to wear lingerie to bed every night. In fact, I am not a fan of the stuff. It’s usually uncomfortable and way more fussy than I want to deal with for either sleeping or “sleeping”. Plus, in the winter, those skimpy little numbers are not something that I want to stay cozy in. I need something with substance!
There is something to be said for feeling good about the clothes you are wearing. Even the ones that you go to bed in. When you have something on that you think looks good, your whole attitude changes. Your posture changes. You smile more.
The same can be true for your bedclothes. If you go to bed wearing something that makes you feel attractive, and desirable, and comfortable, too, you’re going to sleep and “sleep” better. You get my meaning?
And in case you didn’t catch my meaning, let me put it bluntly. Because really, there should be no reason why I can’t say this. Sex between two married people is a beautiful thing. We should desire it. We should seek it out. We should make it easy to get. Because it’s good, folks! Can I get an amen?
So I don’t know about you, but it’s time to get rid of the dowdy pajamas, and time to find something that can make me and my hubby excited and comfortable with each other. So I did some searching on the interwebs. And here are some of the sexy winter pajamas that caught my eye.
Now be warned, if you are looking for sexy anything, especially pajamas or lingerie, you can find some pretty scantily clad women modeling these things. But I have searched for ones that cover up most things (it is cold, after all!) but are still attractive. Because really, a well dressed women who has a secret is way more attractive than a woman who lets it all hang out. So, no pictures, but here are the links to the ones I liked:
Floral Passion Cami Pajamas from Pajama Gram
A cute camisole and pants set with some lace detail
Hoodie & Footie Sleepshirt and Booties from Pajama Gram
A long-sleeved, hooded, above-the-knee-length shirt with matching booties. Sporty, but flirty.
Soft Stretch Sleepwear Cami and Pants from Yandy
A cami and pants set made a little sexier with lace inserts on the front of the shirt and down the side of the legs.
Talk Flirty to Me Camisole Set from Yandy
This is probably the most risque on my list. A camisole with all lace pants. So sexy for sure, but it will still keep you warm in the winter.
Plum Perfection Camisole and Pants from Yandy
This is my favorite. Satin camisole and pants set, but the shirt has a cute tie feature in the front that shows just a little bit of belly skin.
Supersoft Lace Trim Pajama from Victoria’s Secret
Very simple cami and pants set, made a little sexier with some lace over the bodice. A great choice if you just want to look a little more alluring/cute but not go overboard.
The Fireside Long Jane Pajama from Victoria’s Secret
Definitely the warmest of the options listed. But with it’s figure fitting style, it can be sexy without showing a thing. It’s all about how you wear it.
So what do you wear to bed? Are you ready to jump on the sexy winter pajama train?
