Pesto Pork Chops – a simple weeknight dinner!
Who doesn’t love a meal that made with “real food” and only takes a few moments to prepare? It’s perfect for weeknight dinner and my whole family loves it!
Put flour, salt, and pepper on a plate and combine. Dredge both sides of pork chops in the flour, and shake off any excess.
Grease a skillet and preheat on medium-high. Add the pork chops and brown on each side for 2 minutes.
After they are browned, spread a scoop of pesto sauce over the top of the chops and put a lid on the skillet.
Continue cooking for an additional 2-5 minutes or until they reach 160 degrees. This recipe was found on food.com.
Enjoy both your dinner and the fact that you don’t have very many dishes to wash! This would be great with roasted root vegetables!
