Easy Car Valentine (free printable)
I like making crafty things. But I don’t always have the time to do it. And that’s when cute printables come in handy. Consider this my gift to you!
As a mom of three boys, we are inundated with all types of vehicles. If it moves on wheels, we’ve got it. And no matter how many we have, the boys are always happy to have more. Mom and Dad are not so excited to get more, and that’s where the beauty of this Valentine comes in. We are sharing quite literally. Why spend a dollar on a new car, when you can “shop” at your own house? We have more than enough to share, and by giving away toys we already own, we accomplish four very important goals:
- My boys learn how to share their toys for keeps.
- My boys learn how to be selective in the toys they do keep.
- We preserve our budget and our limited toy storage space.
- We share love.
Now that is my kind of Valentine.
And now it can be yours too! Just print this out on cardstock. Cut out the shape and attach to a toy vehicle you already own. I put ours in a little baggie with some ribbon, but tape or a rubberband would work just fine. Use what you have on hand! A super simple message will be on the back: “Happy Valentine’s Day! Love, ” and then Sebastian will sign his name. We have been practicing!
