It’s getting hotter, so let the season of picnics and potlucks begin!
We thought it would be fun, in the month of June, to share some summer dishes that are good for the hot days and good to share. To start us off, I’m sharing a super easy, super yummy grape salad.
First, you start with some grapes, cold ones. I did a mix of red and green because it looks good. And I cut mine, for two reasons. One, I think it looks nice. And two, my youngest can be a little picky about grape skins, so cutting them helps him eat them instead of spitting the skins out.
Then you add yogurt (I did about three quarters of a cup here), honey (a generous squirt), and a splash of vanilla.
Fold it all together, and there you have it!
If you’re feeling more ambitious, you can sprinkle some chopped nuts or granola over the top, but it’s delicious as is.
