  1. Great idea. I did not know you could freeze eggs. You make a lovely crust. May I suggest to squeeze out the spinach use a ricer if you have one. I bought mine on the throw away isle for a few dollars. I use it for making small batches of mashed potatoes and for squeezing spinach.
