    You can also use 2 sheets of wax paper and use a black permanent marker to draw a picture of an egg or cross and cut out the picture on a sheets of card stock or construction paper placing and gluing one piece of wax paper on top of the first card stock and then let them paint the picture then glue the other wax paper to the first and then make a small hole punch on top with a piece of yarn to hang it up.
